Who am I?
I am a former Professional Baseball Player, now a Private Business Investor. Currently, I am interested in small businesses. My mission is to help owners exit their businesses, ethically. I am a motivated buyer and will complete transactions quickly.
Who do I work with?
I focus on businesses that bring in $1m - $10m in revenue per year. I prefer the business to have a management structure in place with owners who are ready to make an exit.
If the business is larger than $10m annual revenue, I begin to look at annual profits. If my criteria is met, then there is potential to enter the capital markets.
